Equipped with 4 sets CNC, 6 EDM, 4 sets Wire-Cutting machines, 8 sets Milling machine, 4 sets Grinding machine, 1 set Lathe, 1 set Gun Drilling machine, 1 set VMS, 1 set CMM, 18 sets injection machines from 80T to 320T euippped with robot arm. Provide One Stop Service from part design - mould design - mould making - injection plastic part - second processing of printing, painting, ultrasonic welding- assembly -package - shipment -- aftersales service. Our parts are wildly used in automotive, home appliance, telecommunication, electronics, security products, Furniture, Sports, office appliance, medical and industrial areas. We follow ISO 9001: 2008 to control the mold parts and injection parts quality, the QC must check the mold parts by CMM, testing injection parts every two hours.
